• Kirakucho Junmai Ginjo First –  A sake with fresh fruity aromatics with a good rice umami core, smooth with a rounded texture and dry on the finish. First times can be scary and exciting not knowing what to expect but are always special moments. This is crafted for the novice sake drinker for its approachability and the seasoned sake veteran for a change of pace with its delicacy and freshness. • Kirakucho Junmai Ginjo Second - Following the first creation, this “Second” sake is themed around the "Evolving World." Crafted with white koji for its flavor structure and utilizing a newly developed yeast from Shiga Prefecture, it represents two bold experiments. The brewery hopes that people will liking sake through this sake.
  

• Naminooto Kabosu (Japanese Citrus) – 

  A small batch production of Kabosu infused with sake. Very refreshing with bright citrus notes, enjoy it on the rocks or with a bit of soda. Kabosu is a citrus fruit similar to the flavours of yuzu and looks like a lime. The Kabosu used for this is sourced from Oita prefecture where the best quality fruit is found. Keep refrigerated once opened
