Osuzuyama Distillery in Miyazaki, sister company to Kuroki Honten, known for their farm-to-bottle shochu, has released a unique craft gin with Japanese botanicals. The concept at Kuroki Honten has always been to “start with farming,” believing that good, responsible agriculture is necessary for good products. The base ingredients are organic and locally farmed.
Botanicals: Juniper, Sansho (Japanese pepper), Kumquat, Hyuganatsu (citrus fruit is originated grown in Miyazaki prefecture.), Yuzu, Ginger, Sakaki, Shiitake mushroom
