• Yamagata Masamune Junmai - Made from a local rice called “Dewa-san-san” grown in rice fields owned and farmed by the brewery with an organic approach. Smooth, crisp, and dry but with plenty of rice flavor and a hint of delicate fruit and herbs.

• Tengumai Umajun - Brewed with local Gohyakumangoku rice polished to 60%. Umajun is blended with Yamahai as its base, creating a round, umami filled sake. Earthy and complex, with bursting notes of cucumber and squash gives this sake brightness and lift to pair with a wide range of flavours. 
  

• Kirakucho Honjozo - Brewed using local rice varieties, this Honjozo is easy drinking with refreshing mouth-feel when it’s chilled, and gives depth and umami when it’s warmed. Perfect food pairing sake that can be enjoyed with a wide range of cuisine.
