  – This well-rounded sake begins with a touch of lychee hard candy, followed by a surprising burst of bright acidity that maintains a cool, crisp edge.
  The sweetness, acidity, and umami all shine harmoniously, making it incredibly easy to drink. Located in Tokachi region of Hokkaido, Kamikawa Taisetsu Sake Brewery is committed to using local ingredients to brew their sakes. Founded in 2017, Kamikawa Taisetsu Sake Brewery is the newest sake brewery in Japan and it has been highly sought after amongst sake connoisseur. 

• Nagai Mizubasho Junmai Daiginjo Sui, Gunma - Brewed with 100% Yamadanishiki,

  this Junmai Daiginjo has notes of melon, Asian pear, and peach on the nose. Rich, creamy mouth-feel with a perfect acidity and clean and dry finish. Nagai Brewery is in the village of Kawaba, in Gunma Prefecture. Kawaba means "Place of River" and the Gohyakumangoku rice used for the Tanigawadake Super Dry is from this region (Kawaba). Water here is very soft, running through the many mountains and the valleys of Oze, before it is collected in Kawaba.
