"Nabeshima Blossoms Moon" uses 100% Tajima Goriki rice polished down to 50%. The rice was disappeared in early 1920s due to the difficulty in cultivation, but after more than 60 years, the rice was revived in 2000. Bright, juicy, and a touch of sweetness from the rice with refreshing aromas of plum and cherry blossoms.
