• Amabuki Junmai Ginjo Strawberry Yeast - Hand crafted with Strawberry yeast, this sake has notes of berries on the nose. Beautifully aromatic but not overpowering. Fresh, fruity, and light with acidity on the palate.

• Naminooto Junmai Daiginjo - Brewed with 100% Yamadanishiki polished down to 40%. Fruity, smooth, and clean with a hint of sweetness. Pairs beautifully with lighter dishes such as salads, sushi, or sashimi.
