• Taka Tokubetsu Junmai - "Tokubetsu" means special in Japanese that the sake has a rice polishing ratio of 60% or less or is made with special techniques. Fresh acidity and citrus-like freshness. Aroma of green melon and lime with balanced acidity, this medium-bodied sake has clean, herbal finish that pairs well with a wide variety of cuisine. 
• Kozaemon House Junmai  - This House Junmai has a unique cocoa/azuki bean nose and is brewed with Mizunami nishiki rice, grown by the brewer. The base junmai has been aged for a year before blending for complexity and fullness. Serve chilled, warmed or over ice. 
• Nightingale's Garden Tomari (Plum Sake) - Made from hand-selected plums which have been steeped in the brewery’s own kasutori shochu (distilled sake lees) for 10 months. Beautifully balanced with bright acidity and a rich mouth-feel.
