Our library collection features Takasago 2022 and 2023 from Kiyasho Shuzo, the same brewery that produces Jikon.
Extremely limited in production, "Takasago" is a historic line that was once sold only locally, revived in 2018 by Kiyasho Shuzo.
A contrast to the bright and vibrant character of Jikon, Takasago showcases a more restrained and refined expression. Brewed using the traditional Kimoto method, it offers beautiful depth and quiet complexity, with elegant layers unfolding gracefully on the palate.
