• Kokuryu Cloudy Dragon– Fresh-pressed “Cloudy Dragon" is a light nigori–not the creamy style. It is full of vitality, but surprisingly light for a genshu (undiluted) sake. Shake the bottle gentle before serving.

• Naminooto Te to Te Junmai Ginjo - “Te to Te” means hand to hand in Japanese. 
  Brewed with local Wataribune rice polished down to 60%.  Fruity, smooth, and clean with a hint of sweetness. Pairs beautifully with lighter dishes such as salads, sushi, or sashimi.
  

• Nabeshima Tokubetsu Junmai - Brewed with local sake rice that polished down to 55%. This sake is rich, concentrated with depth of flavour with aromas of apple and mango. Bright, green acidity and freshness.
