• Atagonomatsu Sparkling Sake  – Awarded Gold at the International Wine Challenge (IWC) of 2024.

  A beautiful sparkling sake that creates a pleasant and refreshing sensation, and it can be enjoyed not only as an aperitif but paired with a meal as well.
  

• Nabeshima Tokubetsu Junmai - Brewed with local sake rice that polished down to 55%. This sake is rich, concentrated with depth of flavour with aromas of apple and mango. Bright, green acidity and freshness.
  

• Amabuki Junmai Daiginjo Apple Yeast– A high-quality table rice called Saga Biyori is milled down to 50%, and fermented with yeast from apple blossoms. Almost wine-like, the sake has noticeable apple aromatics and flavour, juicy with a rounded palate and a fine balance of slight sweetness and acidity, finishing clean and dry.
