• Kozaemon Junmai Ginjo Tori Label (Magnum Bottle 1800ml) – A limited release sake made to pair with yakitori by top chefs in Japan. Balanced acidity and umami with crisp acidity to match with delicious chicken fat and flavour. Kozaemon is made by a small brewery in the mountainous Gifu prefecture, located in the central region of Japan. Since 1702, Nakashima Brewery has been committed to brewing honest sake. 

• Nabeshima Harvest Moon (720ml) - Brewed with local sake rice that polished down to 60%. This sake is fresh but rich with depth of flavour. Fukuchiyo Brewery is located in the city of Kashima, south of Saga prefecture where high-quality water flows from the Taradake mountain range. The name "Nabeshima" comes from the Nabeshima family who ruled the Saga Province. in Edo period for 300 years.
