- Kidoizumi Bluish Purple 2016 Vintage – Brewed with 100% Omachi rice that is polished down to 60%. Brewed with the high-temperature yamahai method, this sake has been aged in bottle for three years at room temperature before release. 2016 - Rich, bold, and gamey with a sharp acidity. Pairs beautifully with mushrooms, lamb, etc. Enjoy chilled or warmed.
- Sohomare Kimoto Junmai Ginjo - Brewed with Grade A Yamadanishiki in the Yokawa region of Hyogo Prefecture. This Junmai Ginjo has a great balance of acidity and umami that pairs beautifully with a wide range of cuisine. Enjoy chilled or slightly warmed.
- Tengumai Yamahai Jikomi Junmai - Made from Gohyakumangoku rice polished to 60%. Earthy, gamey, and great acidity balance out the sake. Pair with mushroom risotto, hard cheeses, or lamb. Serve chilled for a leaner finish. Serve warm for a fuller, sweeter finish.
