- Kagatobi Organic is a full-bodied sake with delicate flavours and nuts and tropical fruits on the finish. This organic Junmai sake is certified under the organic system of Japan, the United States, and the European Union, but the LCBO was being mean and blacked out the word “organic” because it didn’t meet their requirements.

- Kidoizumi Wild Pink is a vintage sake from Chiba prefecture! Beautifully balanced umami and sweetness with great acidity. This sake is brewed using the high-temperature Yamahai method that is unique to the brewery. No lactic acid or yeast is added to the sake, this is the finest example of natural sake.

- Niidahonke Junmai Genshu is made with traditional kimoto method with local rice (fertilizer and pesticide-free). Plenty of umami and caramel sweetness from rice.
